The body dashboard
EVERY NUMBER, PUBLIC
Two kinds of numbers live here. Daily weight and body composition come from John's home scale every morning. Real lab bloodwork is drawn at a clinic, baseline before day 1 and then roughly every 30 days and publishes here in full. The dataset behind the videos.
The lab work
TWO PANELS PUBLISHED · BASELINE + DAY 31This is John's real blood, drawn at Labcorp San Diego on July 31, 2026, the morning before day 1, after an overnight fast, ordered by his physician. It is the before photo in lab numbers. The second panel, drawn on day 31, now sits right below it.
One number jumps off the page. John's fasting glucose was 106 mg/dL, flagged high against the 70 to 99 reference range. Fasting glucose between 100 and 125 is what the American Diabetes Association calls prediabetes. That number is the single best argument for this whole project and watching where it lands on the next draw is exactly what this page exists for.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glucose | 106 | mg/dL | 70-99 | HIGH |

Straight talk about what this panel is. A comprehensive metabolic panel covers blood sugar, kidney function, liver function, electrolytes and blood proteins. It is the safety panel, the numbers John's doctor watches to make sure an extended fast is not hurting the body. It does not include cholesterol or A1c. We said the next draw would add cholesterol. It did, see below.
The report itself, name and physician visible because everything on this project is public. See the full Labcorp report.
The day 31 panel
DRAWN AUG 31 · DAY 31 OF 90One month in, a second look at the blood. This one came from an at home lab kit, drawn on August 31, 2026, day 31 of the fast. It is a much wider net than the baseline. Twenty five markers across heart health, metabolism and hormones, including the cholesterol panel the baseline was missing.
The kit's own scorecard on the full panel reads 36 percent optimal, 60 percent average and 4 percent out of range. One month of water and the overwhelming majority of his blood work sits in the normal zone, which is exactly what a supervised fast wants to see.
Honest fine print before the numbers. This panel is from a different lab than the baseline. The kit also reports plain values with app style categories instead of units and reference ranges. So the numbers below are listed exactly as the report gives them. They should not be compared digit for digit against Labcorp results. The two panels also mostly measure different things, the baseline was a safety panel and this one is a wide wellness panel. Where they genuinely overlap, there is a comparison table at the bottom.

The one number this panel cannot answer is the one the baseline made famous. John's fasting glucose was 106 at Labcorp before day 1 and this kit does not test fasting glucose. It tracks fructosamine instead, which the kit labels average blood glucose. The head to head glucose rematch waits for the next Labcorp draw.
What the two panels can actually compare
Only four markers appear on both reports. Different labs and different methods. Read the direction, not the decimals.
| Test | Baseline · Labcorp · Jul 31 | Day 31 · kit · Aug 31 | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creatinine | 1.05 | 0.804 | kidney marker, lower |
| eGFR | 83 | 103.71 | kidney filtration, higher |
| Alkaline Phosphatase | 120 | 113 | was near the top of the Labcorp range |
| Albumin | 4.9 | 4.95 | steady |
All of it goes to John's doctor, the same as the daily numbers. She sees every panel as it lands.
